1. Do you rent boats? Two Kayaks are available for your use. There is a dock at the property and two boat launches on the lake. You are welcome to bring your own boat.
2. Is the a beach and swimming? There is a sandy swimming area with a wide staircase going into the water, see pictures.
3. Do you allow dogs? Please see dog addendum.
4. How many people may we bring? The property sleeps 6.  Plus there is a queen sized fouton in the loft.
5. May we have a party? Sorry, no. May we pitch tents on the property?  Sorry, not allowed.  

$600 reservation deposit on all rentals. Reservation deposit becomes damage deposit upon occupancy.  $250 cleaning fee, 6.875% sales tax on all rentals.  

50% of contract total due at reservation. Remaining 50% of contract total due 30 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellation Fee's: $350 processing fee if canceled 30+ days prior to rental dates. Full rent amount if canceled Less than 30 days prior to rental dates. We always try to fill vacant times, in which case your rent will be refunded, less a $350 processing fee.
