Each additional guest: $25 night Peak Season $20 per night Off Season

Deposit $750, Cleaning fee $250, Nightly electricity $10

50% of contract total due at reservation. Remaining 50% of contract total due 30 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellation Fee's: $350 processing fee if canceled 30 days prior to rental dates.   Full rent if canceled less than 30 days prior to rental dates. We always try to fill vacant times, in which case your rent will be refunded, less a $350 fee.
